Our Mission

Our mission is to invest all the associations net profits into local community projects throughout the UK to reverse the current trend of environmental deterioration and to meet the challenge of local issues.

BCCA will promote a policy of openness and honesty and will demonstrate accountability to all members.

"How it works"

• The officers of the association are responsible for generating profits through membership and commercial development.

• All members are eligible to suggest and apply for project funding via the project application form. (see conditions of funding)

• A network of voluntary focus group leaders throughout the UK will identify and supervise funded projects.

• The funding committee consisting of 10 members and 3 officers of the association meet quarterly to discuss and agree projects and allocate the funding.

Our Countryside is precious to everybody and yet the deterioration is clear to see. It is common place to see spoilt countryside in our towns and cities and children’s play areas wrecked and covered in graffiti.
